'Not all Israel are Israel'...this phrase comes to mind as I recall Richard's message on Romans 9 last Sunday. How profound the thought that we are NOT a result of some random accidental collision of matter, but rather the result of pre-meditated, purposeful and determined action of our Heavenly Father. He planned and created a world where we would live in intimate and secure relationship with Him and where He provided all we could ever need for a full and ecstatic existence, enjoying the most high privilege of walking and talking with the King of all eternity, without fear or shame!
Oh, the astounding generosity of the heart of Creator God! Oh, the profoundly costly act of sending His own to rescue and restore us to His original design! Oh, the ultimate sacrificial act of loving submission that drove Jesus to follow through to the very end!
Worship flows from a heart that has been forever touched by these amazing truths!
'My utmost for His highest'...a fitting response!
In awe, once again, my heart is bursting...who can resist this Love?
Or rather, who would want to, once we've tasted and seen that He is so Good!
